The Appointments module facilitates effective scheduling of appointments of registered and unregistered patients with the doctors. This helps doctors and front-office staff to view available time-slots and allocate appointments accordingly. Details captured include – patient’s name, type of visit, date, time, department and doctor’s name. Any appointment can be booked or cancelled either on phone or in person.
The Front Office is a very critical department at a Clinic and ensures efficient operations of the entire clinic. The Front Office Management module in Agile Lite covers activities such as Patient Registration, Patient Search, Consultants Enquiry, Tariff Enquiry, In-patient Enquiry and Billing. Further, keeping with local or statutory obligations, each of these sub-modules come with some degree of customizability built-in to the software.
Outpatient management includes OP registration, visit entry, Diagnostics and Pharmacy management. In Clinics, Front office Management is limited to Patient registration and doctor fees payment. Whereas, OP billing includes, Investigation service billing and pharmacy billing, which are all part of the Polyclinic setup. In case the OP billing is of debit billing type, then the payment must be done at every stage.
This includes a series of reports such as Collection Reports or the Daily Collection Summary, with user-wise breakups and consolidated department report. Then there are Revenue Reports which include Group wise, Department wise, OP Revenue bill-wise and OP Concession Detail Report. Finally, we have the Top Management KPI reports which include Service Breakup Report and Doctor-wise Investigation Report.
